Finaosta is an investment holding company operating through a so called “Ordinary” management, i.e. using its own funds, and a so called “Extraordinary” management, i.e. carried out in the name and on behalf of the Region and financed by regional funds.
The acquisition of shares is carried out following two different approaches:
transitional support to firms during the start-up or development stage;
intervention in strategic sectors, primarily through corporate control.
